Bright ruby.  Sexy, highly perfumed aromas of black raspberry, potpourri, star anise and cola.  Densely packed, appealingly sweet red and dark berry flavors show liqueur-like depth, with juicy acidity and a zesty mineral nuance providing verve.  A sexy oak spice note comes up with air and carries through a long, sappy, alluringly sweet finish, which shows supple, fully absorbed tannins.
