Delicate yet bold. Aromatic and subtly fruity; dry yet not overly dry. Fine bubbles with an almost illusory, slightly peachy tint.

Start your Christmas with a good sparkling wine. This one has delicate black cherry and strawberry fruit flavors. 70% Pinot Noir and 30% Chardonnay. WineSpectator Best Buy.

Wine Spectator had this wine rated an 88 for 2002 and the review was a glowing recommendation. Our family agrees with WS. This sparkler has super flavor for a value wine and is slightly better than the Pacific Echo that was rated an 89. Go out and grab a couple bottles today!
