About Domaine Dujac
The story of Domaine Dujac began with the ambition of Jacques Seysses, the son of a biscuit manufacturer. Jacques never wanted to follow in his father's footsteps, however; his sights were set on making wine.

Good medium red. More perfumed aromas of strawberry, raspberry, cherry, vanilla, toast and herbs, plus a pronounced stony quality. The most intensely flavored and structured of these '96s, but difficult to assess today. Does it have enough middle-palate sweetness? Finishes with tougher, slightly dry (wood?) tannins.
