Light onion skin color. Sexy aromas of poached pear, tangerine, vanilla bean, yellow rose and smoked meat. Gently sweet orchard fruit and floral honey flavors are deepened by spun sugar and vanilla qualities that gain strength with air. While the oak is a bit strong today, I'm impressed by this wine's balance and finishing clarity. Serve it with rich food.
