This is a great sparkling choice. And you pronounce it 'fresh-eh-NET' Enjoy!
My go to sparkling wine

by Smart13564742
I found this sparkling wine/Cava about 5 years ago. I continued to try other sparkling wines (more and less expensive than this one)for the first two years and always come back the the Freixenet Brut. I drink this weekly and have never had a bad bottle. It has a nice flavor without any strong after bite
Good sparkling value

I found this Cava during the 1992 Barcelona Olympics. (It was the official cava of the Games.) Initially, I bought it for the commemorative and numbered Olympic bottle, but have been buying it ever since (& that's a long time).
New to this one

I usually opt for real (translation=expensive) champagne when celebrating. After reading a lot of comments on some other wine sites, I was left with the impression a lot of folks are making the switch to Cava. Recognizing the name, I decided to try this on New Year's eve. Everyone was pleasantly surprised, and found it to be just tasty as the French stuff, at a quarter the price. Think this will be a regular in our household.
The Best For Less

Have been enjoying this sparkling wine since the mid 80's. Great and refreshing and exquisite for the price. Unless I am in the mood to splurge for Tattinger, I always prefer this one. It's fabulous alone but makes a wonderful champagne coctail as well. It's the best. Just wish I knew how to pronounce it.

This has been my go to sparkler for 5 years. I can celebrate any day of the week with that price too.

It's the best bubbly for mimosa's. Very nice.
Nice Bubbly Treat

This bubbly treat is perfect for modest celebrations with friends, or dinner toasts, etc. Not terribly complex or too sweet, it is just fun to drink. Recommended within it's limitations.
NV Freixenet Brut Cordon Negro Spanish Sparkler...

by Morris12588873
This IS and always HAS been throughout the years since our first discovery of it over 17 years ago one of our FAVORITES as a Spanish SPARKLING WINE (it is NOT "Champagne")! This is excellent for a celebratory occasion or 365 days of the year (366 on a leap year)...
Nice Value priced bubbly

Crisper and creamier than you might expect. A nice inexpensive Cava.
