Pale orange-gold. Initially a bit tart on the nose and palate, but opened quickly to show rich, smooth fruit flavors, thorough ripeness of fruit and plenty of palate presence. Ripe, lingering back end. Big, dinner-table Champagne that should benefit from time in bottle.
