($70) Complex, Chassagne-like aromas of mint, stony minerality, mushroom and truffle. Concentrated and rich in extract but quite penetrating, with cyanic apple and lime flavors. Dense and chewy Champagne, very much in the style of the vintage, with a fresh, youthfully aggressive finish and impressive mounting length.

96 pts in the Wine Spectator led me to try this underpriced-by-anyone's -standards champagne. Rich creamy and mouth filling . Must try.
