I opened the bottle last night and let it breath for about 25 min. I have to say it was one of the smoothest wines I have ever consumed. The boquet was full with a deep ruby red color. When drinking I had notes of black currant, black cherry and apricot. The finish was incredibly smooth with absolutely no lingering after taste. The tannins were almost non existent. This was a wonderful wine! What an experience.
