85 Points | International Wine Cellar , November/December 1998
Medium deep red. Cassis and licorice aromas. Tightly wrapped and fairly intensely flavored, but a note of superripeness clashes with the wine's distinctly green edge. Lacks flesh. Aromatically pure but shows a hardness at the core that may never melt away. Tough going today. This is not Voge old vines cuvee.
