Very complex. This wine has a history of glowing reviews and I can certainly see why. Starts out with flavors of prunes and nuts, followed by a surprising undertone of citrus, lemon peel. Ends very clean tasting for a dessert wine with a long finish. A wine to be slowly savored. Excellent value.

I was surprised when I got more than I expected from this Australian dessert wine. Flavors of figs, cherries, raisins, nuts and spices aren't too overpowering. Very smooth and well rounded. Sweet finish. This is the perfect ending to any good meal!
