Good deep red. Pungent, jammy aroma of raspberry liqueur. Superripe, very intensely flavored and penetrating, with powerful acids cutting through the almost confectionery sweetness. A huge wine, but the acids keep it magically fresh. This would be stunning alongside Peking duck with hoisin sauce.
