Some White Burgundies That Should Age Gracefully

Recent warm vintages like ’06 and ’05 can be compared in style to ’96 and ’95, two Burgundy vintages that have produced more than their share of prematurely oxidized wines. But today, Burgundy’s grape growers and winemakers are taking a number of steps in the vineyards and in the winery to ensure that their wines last in bottle. Here are some wines that I am confident will evolve gracefully in bottle over the next decade or more.
