This wine with a pad of butter and a garnish of parsley, a pinch or 2 of sea salt and pepper is all you need for a great appetizer
drank as an appertif. very round thick feel, a tad low on acidity... so it is very slightly flabby. but that is only a minor negative as this has beatiful flavors of peach, apricot and flowers. a very nice value. According to Guigal's website, this is more Viognier than Marsanne. (i had trouble figuing out the varietal and was pleased to find that guigal lays it right out there for you.)
