Having received 4 bottles of the 2009 Isole e Olena last month, and opened the first one a few days ago. This wine is young, young, young - classic for its varietal, it was closed on opening, astringent and tart, but hiding beneath the surface were promising flavors which lingered on the finish. Two days later, after sitting on argon, more was revealed but this wine is not ready to drink. I won't touch its siblings for at least two years. I'm giving it a provisional three stars.
