Deep gold in color with heavy floral nose of honeysuckle and apricot. On the palate, apricot and lychee flavors persist with a great finish of salted honey. Nice off dry wine!
Rich goldernrod hue. Gobs of apricot, honey, canned peaches. Floral notes of honeysuckle and candied lemongrass, lingering boiled sugar cane stalk and white flowers. Very weighty and glycerine, off-dry. Mother in law remarked it was absolute silk across palate - I would agree.
Low acidity almost syrupy lychee notes

very nice gewurtztraminer, would get again price permitting
Only criticism is that wine was sweeter than I expected and did not really work with Thai food (as many Gewurtzes do). I think it would work well with a rich dessert and/or a cheese course.
I was expecting a dry but fruity wine and instead, this is very sweet without a balancing acidity. Very disappointing considering the Wine Spectator review it received that did not mention anything about sweetness. It does have some complexity, but...
