I am comparatively new to white Burgundy, and it was really interesting to taste this following tasting the Talmard Macon Uchizy. Both are excellent, but this is so much brighter and high-toned that it is amazing. The Parker review is right on; this is truly a class act. Hello shellfish in subtle sauces!
3/25/16: Had this with grilled Halibut with a mustard, rice wine vinegar and herb vinaigrette (thick), grilled squash and nuked potato. Excellent! Better than I imagined with such a strongly seasoned main dish. Love this wine - richer than the typical Pouilly Fuisse, but excellent.
6/2/16: with grilled shrimp and sauteed onion, jalapeno and sweet corn with a bit of garlic. Beautiful! A lot better than I recall even though I had one less than two months ago! I think it's at its peak now; only one left. Need to cook something special for the last one.

Better after time in the cellar. Nice acidity with just enough fruit to be interesting.
