En Primeur is an event in where negociants, retailers, and enthusiasts come together to taste Bordeaux’s latest vintage before it’s bottled. It’s also where the world’s most influential critics issue preliminary ratings, which many châteaux use to set their prices. Wine Access participates so that we can secure better prices—up to 30% off—by claiming these wines prior to release (and before their “official” critic scores come out).

This is a futures campaign so white wines will ship approximately one year after ordering and red wines will ship approximately two years after ordering. If tariffs are in place when the wine is ready to ship, we will hold the wines free of charge until we can bring them over without added cost. We’ll let you know when your wine is ready to ship, and will charge for tax and shipping at that time. En Primeur wines are not eligible for free shipping.
