At Two Hands Wines, regionalism is key. The Garden Series, for instance, is a collection of six Shiraz bottlings from the top six growing regions in Australia, each faithfully demonstrating the different characteristics of its place of origin. The wines are emphatically modern in style, with lavish but harmonious oak and deep, rich fruit combining to offer early accessibility. In addition to the Garden Series, there is also the Flagship Series as well as the Single Vineyard Series. Grapes for all wines are sourced from growers and vinified at the Two Hands winery in the Barossa Valley. For a firm that was started in 1999, Two Hands has displayed the wisdom and hands-off approach of the older guard, and has some outstanding wines to show for it.
