The Waitlist: SF’s Three-Star Quince
This quarter’s shipment of The Waitlist features selections from San Francisco’s Quince, one of the preeminent dining destinations in the US. Founded by Chef Michael Tusk and Lindsay Tusk in 2003, the iconic three-Michelin-star restaurant serves California cuisine with an Italian ethos, highlighting flavors from Fresh Run, their dedicated farm. Wine Director Rachel Coe helms Quince’s 1,400-label wine program, and she has chosen four phenomenal wines for Waitlist members.
