Medium to Full Body

2001 La Mouline is much better compare to the 2000. The La Mouline is a medium to full body wine and was matched to a butter poached Boston lobster tail with a beetroot reduction sauce. The wine is very young and can use another 10+ year in the bottle before starting to reach its full potential and can easily last for 30+ years. Plenty of fruit, fine tannin and almost detect no oak at this young age. The finish is long and silky. What a fantastic youthful bottle. I am willing to bet that it will stay young for at least 10 years before taking on some mature traits. Enjoy now or enjoy later.
