Opened this the other evening to accompany a rack of lamb and roasted veggies. The bordeaux blend was impressive and smooth on the palate, but not much of a nose initially. Unbelievably dark, inky wine that changed character in the glass over the course of the meal. I've drunk a lot of wines, but this one was unlike any other I've had. I couldn't put my finger on it, so decided to just sit back and enjoy the ride. I can't wait to drink the rest in a day or two to see how it has evolved. Something tells me this wine will indeed get better with some more bottle age; perhaps my next one will warrant five stars. Terrific wine from a Napa innovator.
