Excellent champagne, wonderful crisp flavor...nice price too!!

can't beat the value

why pay so much more for the other labels? this is the best champagne for the price, hands down.

The Best Champagne

Unbeatable value! The best Champagne I had in a long time. I used it during all the Hollidays. Just great!!

Medium bodied, toasty. Very good value

great taste!

Last year decided to "move up" to a better champagne and tried the Montaudon. Now my family won't accept a lesser choice.

Christmas case

Had a case for christmas brunch. Much better than what we've had in the $15 - $17 range, which is what we paid for it on sale. If you can find it at this price, go for it.

Excellent Value

Bone dry and full of life! Price/value ratio is off the scale! Not a wine for one who likes a sweeter style.

super find

Love this champagne. I rated it 4 instead of 5 stars only because i am not dead yet and i have more to try.

Wonderful value for the price. Even reserve label choices available. I, too cannot get it in my hometwon although I can pay much more for something comparable; so I travel 60 miles to purchase mine.

Made me love Champagne

I can't get it here in Connecticut, but when I travel to a place that has it I always come home with a few bottles. You can keep the rest, for price and taste I'll take this one. Send all of your unfinished bottles to my table.

pear on the front/pineapple finish...i think i drank this too cold

Decent Champagne, especially for the price. However, the 'neck talker' on the bottle claimed it was rated a '92' by WS. I bought it for that reason alone. It did not taste like an "A" class champagne, so I went into WS database and found out the rating was from a shipment THREE years ago!!! The price is fair, it is a decent champagne, nice buttery notes, maybe a little biscuit or nutty note, touch of fruit - but I will never buy it again due their dishonesty. That is just dirty pool, my friend. Caveat Emptor.

Could not get past the acidity

Tried this on an employee's recommendation, since he saw me selecting De Margerie Grand Cru Brut and Moet & Chandon Imperial. I did not care for the overwhelming acidic taste that lingered past the swallow. The description said "peach aromas." I couldn't detect any for the acidity. I cannot imagine this was rated a 90 by wine spectator.
